Melissa Euler is a healthcare operations leader with more than a decade of experience supporting clinical programs, medical education, and patient care services. She began her healthcare career in 2011 in dental practice administration, where she developed expertise in healthcare operations, management, and organizational leadership.

In 2016, Melissa joined Barnes-Jewish Hospital’s Palliative Care Department as an Administrative Coordinator, providing operational and administrative support to the Inpatient Palliative Care Service and its leadership team. She was instrumental in the development and launch of the Outpatient Palliative Care Clinic. In 2020, she expanded her responsibilities by assuming the role of Fellowship Coordinator for WashU Medicine’s Hospice & Palliative Medicine Fellowship.

Today, Melissa serves as the Patient Care and Operations Supervisor for the Barnes-Jewish Hospital Inpatient and Outpatient Palliative Care Services and as the Fellowship Coordinator for the WashU Medicine Hospice & Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program. She oversees departmental operations, program administration, and strategic initiatives that support patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and medical education.
